Internet connecton Etisalat usb stick

Well, Recently, I tried Vodafone and Etisalat 3g Internet connection.
There is a package that Charge you as you go, and Another permanent Package,
my option was in the unlimited package but There is something that is called Fair use. They slow down the speed when you exceed 4 or 6 Gigabyte download.
The service in Vodafone is quicker but more expensive while The etisalat package is cheaper and convenient. My package is 150 LE/month for an unlimted package, 6 Giga byte download after exceding , The fair use term will be applied and the conncetion get a slow down.
