mahshi and Kofta

yesterday, I ate Mahsu Waraq 3enab and Kofta. Today, I am going to write about the Waraq 3enab mahsi. How to make Waraq 3enab mahshi.

Ingredients
2 cups of rice
1 jar of Waraq 3enab ( paper( leaves) of grape)
minced meat 1/4 Kilo
4 spoon of oil
minced onion
minced parsley
minced mint
2 fruits of tomatoes ( cut into small pieces)
black pepper ( felfel eswed ) 1/4 spoonful
Salt
minced garlic
1/4 cup of sauce ( tamataem)
Lemon
1 and 1/4 boiled water cup

How to make Mahshi?
 
*soak the rice after washing in warm salty water for 15 minutes
*cook the minced meat with half the amounf of oil with the onion and wait till the meat become ripe then put the rice and the other spices, the tomatoes, mint
* place the rice-meat into the leaves of the grape and cover them. and out them in the pot, then add the rest of the ingredients into the mahsin .
leave the pot into the flame till it ripe.
