I would love to know how to make maashi! I lived in Cairo some years ago and my favorite food (besides taamaya) was maashi. Especially using zucchini.

I think I don't like canned food actually. I do search for a a natural snack food. Hence we find most Egyptian are consuming natural cultural Egyptian snack food.
