I think I do like both of them. But I had to choose one. The bouri fish is quite big and has fishy odour and taste. I like to eat the parts that are near the liver and the abdomen area, unluckily when I returned to the home I found out that the Guy took that part out and put a spicy vegetables.
As for the Bulti or Shabar fish, It is flat one. and it can be either fried or grilled. I prefer the grilled one after placing some wheat bran on its surface.
